The greatest knowledge is knowing yourself! Develop and upgrade your skill/vocation which will attract people to you for your expertise. Hone your communication skills by daily reading and practice (in front of a mirror). Also, do not get overwhelmed by smart people. Appreciate them for what they are, talk to them and work on your personality (the way you dress, cleanliness etc.) and overall disposition. However, remember, 'Be Yourself'.
