YES!! There are two spin-off manga one-shots in one book called 'Battle Royale: Angels' Border' written by Takami and translated by the guy who translated the remastered Battle Royale edition. They're really good stories, as well.
The first story focuses on the girls in the lighthouse, and the second one (my favourite) is about Shinji Mimura before Battle Royale
