The Woman who Vanished is the fourth book in my Imogen and Hugh Croft Mysteries Series. I plotted the book whilst my husband and I were on a weekend break at a country hotel in Suffolk. I decided I would like to write a traditional country house murder mystery but with a modern story woven into it. The plot itself I jotted down on two sides of an envelope in a coffee shop. I then rushed back to the hotel to write it out properly in my notebooks.
