I've not encountered writers block (thankfully!) But i do find it hard to write my first draft straight onto the pc - so scared that it all looks too pristine! So I always use a pencil and notebook and I just go for it because I know nobody will ever see what's in the notebook, so it doesn't matter if its really bad!
I've got stuck working out bits of edits, usually around plot and I've found a bit of baking (or anything to take your mind away from the story for a bit) really helps.
