Goodreads asked Naomi Miller:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Naomi Miller If I'm having trouble getting the words down on paper, I take a break from writing. Instead, I'll search out some needed research. Many times that means visiting the local public library or contacting an Amish friend.

Sometimes it's because I'm exhausted. I've been known to take a nap. Another great way is to get outside to take a walk. Once I get back home, I'm usually ready to write. Or when there's bad weather, I climb on my exercise bike and pedal for a few miles.

If nothing else is working, I go back to how I got started... I pray.
