Hi Michael, not really a question but I just wanted to say I just finished the Death of Dulgath. I enjoyed the book thoroughly. Thank you for writing two great characters. I truly hope you write more about them. I'm looking forward to reading The First Empire series as well?

Hey Erin,
Thanks for taking the time to write. I'm so glad people have been enjoying The Death of Dulgath. It was a fun book to write. For those that may not know, my wife, Robin, and I put together a little free ebook called: Behind the Book: Making of the Death of Dulgath that shows the writing process and how that book went from initial idea, through writing, editing, and production. Some people may find that kind of thing helpful. If you want a copy of that "behind the scenes" write up you can drop me an email at michael(dot)sullivan(dot)dc(at)gmail(dot)com and put "MAKING OF THE DEATH OF DULGATH" in the subject line. I'll shoot you, or anyone else back a copy.
As for The First Empire series. It's getting pretty exciting. Just a little over two weeks to go before the release and I'm already seeing some great reviews by those who received advanced reading copies via NetGalley, Amazon Vine, and the free giveaways. I can't wait until it's in people's hands on a wide-scale basis. I do hope you'll enjoy it when you get your hands on a copy.

Hi Mike Your collection of the Riyria series is confusing with some books in, some out and some in more than one series. I don't want to miss any books just because they are not in the series I chose. So my question. Would you recommend a single reading list of all the Riyria books to accomplish this ? Are some books stand alone ? Thanks Softbananas

Greetings Michael! This is not a question, but a thank you for helping me stay on point. "The Last Train" is away for that little magic copyright number. As soon as that comes back, Amazon Kindle here I come. Other platforms will follow as I learn formatting specifications, or break my vow and pay a distributor like Blue Ash / Book Baby. Thank You for Your Support & Friendship!
