Blake Chan
Blake Chan asked K.J. Charles:

hello! It's me again haha. I'm really enjoying your books! I finished most of the Charm of Magpie books, and one of the Society of Gentlemen books. I just have a question about Feast of Stephen. When Saint said it's easier for Stephen because he's a bloke and Stephen said no not really and Saint blushed... What does that mean? Sorry I'm not too good with reading between the lines.... Thank you!

K.J. Charles Saint meant to say that it's easier for Stephen to become part of the Crane/Merrick axis than it is for her, because she's female. Stephen's pointing out that it's harder for him in general because he's in a gay relationship. Saint blushes because she's still getting used to talking about her superior officer's illegal sex life. :)
