We need book five to help pull us out of our love/hate relationship with book four!! I loved the whole story but had issues with the ending - but I am sure that is how you wanted us to feel - as betrayed as Argo must be feeling. Now help us out of our shock and get us back to being the Shi'ell - I was hoping the pattern of publication would have the book out in March 2016...?

I can't say much about Book 5 other than the first draft is now up to Chapter 40, and there's still some way to go before it gets sent off for editing.
I do understand why readers may find the ending to TDA frustrating and emotive, and I do confess I find readers' impatience waiting for Book 5 a little flattering, since it suggests I might've done a good job with the previous books in the series.
I hope you'll trust me when I say it all makes perfect sense in the grand scheme of things, and that you'll think Book 5 worth the wait when it's released.
You've no idea how much of a struggle it is not to say any more, but knowing that if I do I might 'spoil' it for others, I shan't. And as Hagai might say: there, I didn't.
