Just finished True Crime Addict; it was one of the best books I've read in the past few years! How did it feel to put out all your vulnerability of your past struggles? IMO, this was as much an important part of the story as Maira's disappearance.

James Renner Thanks, Chelsea! So glad you liked the mix of memoir and investigative journalism. Maura Murray was a very complicated person with a lot of secrets. I wanted to be just as honest about myself. It only seemed fair. We're all broken in some way.
