Besides writing, what do you like to do for fun? Also....what would you rather do watch a movie or read a book? By the way I read Between Shades of Gray and loved it. That book made me realize many things.

Hi Ruta! Do you have any plans to adapt your novels into movies? I haven't read "Salt to the Sea" yet, but I've read (and absolutely LOVED) "Between Shades of Gray" and "Out of the Easy" and I think they would both make incredible movies. When I read books I picture them playing out as movies in my head and I would love to see your books on the big screen!

Hello Ruta, I'm a high school student who enjoys writing some of her own stories, however I still make mistakes. I'm considering minoring in creative writing in college, just to see how it goes. Salt to the Sea became my favorite book ever, even after I gave myself a few days to be sure. My question for you is what system do you use to organize the characters and other details to prevent errors or plot holes?
