Why do you consistently use the word "floor" instead of "ground" when describing the great outdoors? Very odd usage, that.

Not something I did consciously... unless it's referring to a forest floor. I apologise if you found it jarring.

I just finished The Black Guard and have ordered Dark Blood. I live in the US and had to order the book from a book shop in the UK. Why are the books unavailable for download as e-books in the US? Loved the book. Can't wait to read the rest of the series. It's on par with Jordan and Martin.
