(view spoiler)[Hello!!
Would you ever consider writing another trilogy about the Rise of the Atmani? Are all the Nevariim really dead or are their a few survivors?
Could you please explain how Csestriim Leeches created objects and creatures and were able to modify a human/s to live for centuries?
Thanks for always taking the time to answer :) (hide spoiler)]

Hey Slick! I'd definitely write about the Atmani. I love the two characters who appear in the current books, and that historical period seems particularly rich. A good place for further exploration. I'm going to hold off on answering about the methodology of the Csestriim leaches. That kind of reveal could be useful in one of the upcoming books, so I want to keep it under wraps. As for the Nevariim, it's safe to say you'll get a closer look at them some day ;-)

Not a question - I just wanted to say how unbelievably happy and grateful I am that you decided to include an LGBT character in Emperor's Blades. It's not something that you see a lot of in high fantasy, so I thought someone ought to let you know that there are people who appreciate it. Thank you!

First of all, I want to thank you for writing one of my favorite series of books, I was on the edge of my seat the whole time, and can't wait for more of your writing. What I would like to know is, what is Oshi's well? He is the only leach who is a major character whose well wasn't revealed.

my second question, do you use your word craft to "enhance the flavor" of a fantasy novel when other authors wouldn't use such words. the "dead poets society" of very sad vs. morose. I'm reading darker shade of magic and the story is good but the vocabulary is not as far reaching as yours?
