How do you get inspired to write?

Megan Ryder I don't think I need inspiration to write. It's a matter of a schedule for me and focus. I have a standard time I usually write and a routine. When I finish writing the day before, I always have a note about what I want to work on next - scene, character, etc. So when I sit down the next night, I review those notes, and get moving. I tend to always move forward and not look back, preferring to edit after the first draft is done, at least as much as possible.
