I've been waiting to read The Wonder, Queen of Hearts #2, but I don't see it for sale on Amazon in Kindle version - only in paperback starting at $32 which leads me to believe it is hard to come by. Will it be available for Kindle users in the near future?

I'm having trouble finding the books in the Queen of Hearts trilogy. I loved The Crown which I got on my Kindle but The Wonder and The Fury I can't find on Kindle. I found The Wonder but no less than $30 and can't find The Fury. It sounds like most of the reviews were people that got the book before it came out?
