Is there anywhere besides www.topatoco.com to purchase this book? I really want to have it but with shipping it's going to cost me almost $50 AUD!! I really want this book but I don't know if I'd want to spend this much money on something like this...

Probably too late, but you could try Book Depository, they have worldwide free shipping and the books are usually cheaper too.
