Pippa DaCosta Hi Sugar Honey. The Veil Series is definitely adult, although it's not as graphic as Girl From Above in terms of explicit sex scenes etc (let's face it, Caleb from Girl From Above doesn't hold anything back ;) ). Wings of Hope, the bonus Veil Series prequel, covers some disturbing themes, including slavery and abuse. The main novels in the Veil series get darker, deeper, and more emotional as the series progresses.

I tend to write on the darker, grittier side of each genre. That's where the fun's at. ;)
