Like many other writers, I have some books that are more or less waiting to "get out".
I have to put in the work, research, and thinking that's needed for the writing -- and for that, I need the time to be able to productively focus, without having to be pulled in a number of other directions. So, I'd say my dream would be to have the independence - but not isolation - that would make that much easier
