I had the worst sense of deja vu throughout this entire book; it reminds me so much of another book I read, but I can't remember the name or author! It was about a wealthy woman who runs a halfway house/women's shelter. It starts with the woman being caught in the rain wearing white in a bad neighborhood, and the hero saves her but thinks she's a prostitute. Anyone know the book??
