Goodreads asked Joshua Okello:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Joshua Okello I rarely get writers block because I am always occupied. As a family man, I am either playing a game with my family, reading, producing music (this is my hobby) or I go for a jog. I like to train for marathons even if I am not taking part in any marathon. It helps me build my mental muscles as well as my endurance.

If I am not doing all the things listed above then I am doing Math. Good thing with doing mathematics is that it helps you become a problem solver. I like doing statistical problems and quantum physics or solving finance equations.

I have gone to some crazy extends where I go without food to help me focus on a single project. My brain works best when my stomach is empty for some reason that I need an explanation to.
