If I get stuck I try to plot my way out of it by looking at the things that need to happen to progress the story and the events that have happened prior to the scene I'm stuck on. Or I skip to the next scene and write that, often something happens in the next couple of thousand words that enables me to fix where I was stuck.

Amazing series, speaking for Warlock in Training, I loved the two books and I am really looking forward to the third and the fourth which will be final as far as I understood.
