asked:
Can someone with the kindle version of this please help me out? There was a quote I meant to highlight but then forgot to keep the page reference. It's a reference to David Katz and it's something like "he was the kind of man who always got exactly what he wanted without knowing, or caring about, any of the rules". Can anyone help me locate it, by searching their kindle version? Thank you!

just came to it myself in the real book, not on Kindle. It's on p101 of 9781474600170, a page and a bit before Part Two: "Men who always won the game, without even bothering to learn the rules"
Pretty sure this is what you are after....

In the Kindle version, it's on page 97 of 408: "He never painted Katz himself, but men who looked like him, men with cruel, handsome faces and unseeing eyes. Men who always won the game, without even bothering to learn the rules."
