Does anyone have an idea what the age rating for this might be? (because it sounds totally awesome!!)

Kendare Blake Depends on the reader? If it were a movie, I'd go PG-13 for adult themes/violence. Of course, I wrote it, so I'm probably not the best judge.
Grace G. If you are ok with Hunger Games you should probably be ok with this but it really all depends on the reader.
Arielle Ages 14-16, or older. There is a lot of subtle violence and sexual content, though nothing is explained in depth. A lot about queens being murdered, and court politics that it would take an older reader with some experience to digest.
Indiana I'd agree with PG-13. There is violence and sex but its all very vague and not in detail.
Cathy Stanz Publisher suggested RL 5 and Interest level high school.
Grace I'm 13, and I found the content fine for me. I'd say 13 and up.
McKenzie Smith Honestly, I would probably advise 13 and older. There is a little violence and suggestive themes.
Debra Sutton The first is ok to
Sydney Faith Yes, I'd say if it were a movie it would be PG-13.
Silence I'm ordering it for my library's YA collection (13-18yrs). As another reviewer said, there is sex and violence, but it doesn't go into graphic detail.
Elisabeth Jewell The back cover of my ARC says 14+/9th grade and up.
