It might "kill" your love for Mockingbird. You've no doubt heard all the sound and fury concerning this novel's portrayal of Atticus, for instance, but I look at this book as being the first draft of that novel. In fact, goodreads has the title subtitled as Mockingbird #2. That's the way to think of it. The prose in Watchman is wooden, there's no discernible plot for the first 150 pages, which is why Lee's editor rejected this work and suggested she focus on the young Scout.
I, too, love Mockingbird, and Watchman didn't change my attitude. It did heighten my interest in the writing process Lee went through to get to Mockingbird. Watchman is a worthwhile read if you accept it's limitations.

It won't ruin your love for To Kill a Mockingbird; it strengthened mine. However, it thrawts everything in and surrounding TKAM: the people, the relationships, the sense of morality, the acts of courage, and Maycomb itself. Everything has changed in GSAW, even the narration.

I borrowed the e-version of Watchman from the library. Let's just say I'm glad I didn't pay for it! However in anticipation of this book, I actually bought the e-version of To Kill A Mockingbird so I could re-read it before Watchman.
I didn't care for Watchman because it is not possible to separate the two stories with their shared characters. To answer your question I still love To Kill a Mockingbird,

I just finished Watchman and was somewhat disappointed with it for several reasons, but I think it was worth reading nonetheless. It made me want to go back and re-read TKAM, which I still love.
