How do you deal with writer’s block?

Slim Jim Phantom this hasn't happened, yet - most of this book was in my head already - the block came to sitting down and actually doing it - but again, i approached it like music - if i make myself sit at the typewriter something eventually comes out - a funny word for me but it was the discipline of making myself sit behind the typewriter everyday
