I am confused about the ending. Did Tennessee really staged the car accident with Tip and the SUV? Kenya mentions it, but I still find it hard to believe. Did she or did she not? Was this Kenya's way of explaining her new life her brothers? What happened to Tip and Teddy's biological father?

Yet as a mother, I could see her doing this, reflexively, on impulse. (less)
