Hi Juliet! I first wanted to say that the Sevenwaters series are a collection of books I hold very dearly to me since I was a teen, they accompanied me throughout the years, and I fell in love with them head first! With that in mind, I was wondering, will Johnny and Gareth ever get a book? I was really interested in them! Though I know the magic of Sevenwaters is its female driven leads, so maybe a spin off?

Hi Neon. What lovely feedback on the Sevenwaters series! You may be pleased to hear that the series has been short listed for the inaugural Sara Douglass Book Series Award, which is given at the same time as the Aurealis Awards (Australia's main awards for science fiction, fantasy and horror.)
Johnny and Gareth - yes, it would be good to give them a story of their own. I am not thinking of continuing the Sevenwaters series at this point - I felt it was finished with Flame of Sevenwaters and I have other projects to get on with. I guess something of novella length might be a possibility for the future.

First, I would like to say that your stories enthrall me. I love your work. Every one of your stories and novels are gems in my reading life! They fill me with wonder. My question is, do you have a list available somewhere of your short stories and in what anthologies we can find them? I just fell upon Cranky Ladies History and I am so excited to read your piece!
