Where did you get most of your ideas when you're starting to write something? And how come your male characters are drooling? Hahahaha. Is that even a legit question?

I have no idea where I get my ideas. Sometimes I come up with decent ones that work out and sometimes I come up with crappy ones that never pan out on a page. It's hit or miss, so I just keep at it and wait for the hits.
