This is probably a good book but, like its title, it is missing from availability. Why is that? Does the author not want his book read? Our library won't buy it either.

The ones on amazon are resellers so do not purchase them there. You help to fund his research if you purchase from his site. Sadly both sites are antiquated and poorly maintained but you can still purchase the books there. (less)
