In the entire series, no, not really, ya know, except for that one sex scene in the second book that lasted half a page and left you really confused. I won't say who it was between though c:
Also, I'm reading through this series a second time because I read books 1-4 like a year and a half ago, so I'm reading it again for recap, and I'm on the second book, and I can't really remember if there really was any other serious romance scenes....... :p

Well romance does affect the characters later on in the series. Most likely in the 4th and 5th book.
