The only way can deal with it is to just write through it! Since writing is my full time job, I can't just back away and wait for the muse to strike. But even a bad page can be edited, so I press forward, and usually by doing so, whatever has got me stuck gets worked out. (And if that doesn't work, a nice glass of wine and a chat session with other writing friends about the book works wonders, too!)
