Hi BMB -- just joined your group and would like to figure out how to select a book to read/review? I prefer horror/paranormal books but open to others. I have time right now and I'm not sure how to locate the different genres. I'm sure the how-to is right in front of my face! Thanks.

Hi Julian.
Since many of these categories were created by group members themselves, I don't think we've ever broke genres into specific categories in a way that would make sense to people.
I think alot of the offerings are in Discussion > Books Looking for Readers
(https://www.goodreads.com/topic/group...) and there's one for Science Fiction specifically. However, I didn't see one for Horror/paranormal (which is a shame because that's one of my favorite genres.

I have written the book of the summer, "The Beast of Brazil." It has everything that is happening in Brazil right now in a tight thriller - a criminal is building an Olympic stadium in Manaus in the Amazon jungle. That happens to be ground zero for the Zika virus. Olympic athletes are protesting the location of the site, which happens to be sinking. Corruption is everywhere. How would you promote this book? Thx.
