After The Dollhouse was in the pipeline for publication, I started looking around for other buildings in NYC to base a story upon. I was pretty overwhelmed and nothing was clicking, until one day I came up from the subway at 72nd Street and there stood the Dakota, bathed in sunlight. The place was all aglow, as if it were shouting, "Pick me!" I did some research into its history, including the risks the landowner and architect took in deciding to build an apartment house on that spot in the 1880s. From then on, I was hooked. The result is The Address, out on 8/1/17.

Have thoroughly enjoyed The Dollhouse and most recently The Address. Historical fiction is my absolute favorite. Sent a note to Carol @ Book Reporter to see what was coming next. She also thinks your books are teriffic. Radio City next? Grew up in NJ so like your NY choices!
