I just entered to win the book Love Sick. I have MS and i was 31 when my husband divorced me because it was one of the things he couldn't deal with. I am 52 now never found a new husband mainly I didn't have time or believed that a man would accept me with having MS so I look forward to reading this book. What inspired you to write Love Sick?

Hi Debra,
Thank you for sharing your MS story - I can certainly relate. I was inspired to write Love Sick because when I was told I had MS I was 28 and single and suddenly felt that I was unlovable. While I now know this to be untrue, I dated plenty of men who made it quite clear that this was true for them, so I wrote about those tales along with the countless MRIs, the variety of tests and the endless doctor appointments. I wrote my truth because I knew I couldn't be alone in my journey and by reading your brief story I already know that I am not. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to me. I hope that you are as healthy as can be and that my story will inspire you or at the very least make you laugh. Happy reading!
