Goddy is like the British equivalence to "bloody" it's a word used for exasperation. There is another meaning behind it but you would have to ask someone else about that.

I thought goddy was like the F-word it means anything and everything. it just depends on how you use it

I second Ana's and Wendy's answers. It's a mix of both, sort of, and as far as I can tell it's used to express frustration or for emphasis. "Ugh, I missed my goddy flight, now I need to reschedule it."
