Actually, the real Raleigh is in NORTH Carolina. Loving to read your books & coming across this little error, I just wanted the fictional facts to be correct? In Passion and Plunder, Lydia calls Gordon Ross uncle and yet Gordon calls Lydia’s father uncle. It’s confusing. And Alasdair says “your father’s nephew”. Sometimes Gordon is said to be Lydia’s mother’s nephew. So my question is: who exactly is Gordon?
