What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Pam Young The best thing about being a writer is being to share what I've learned now that I'm no longer teaching. It's a way to express myself that I've relied on my entire life with journals. Now I'm doing it with books! I'm currently blogging about "My Weird Indy Publishing Project," applying to a non-fiction (memoir) series what I've learned from sci-fi writers about marketing. The project is "weird" because no one has done this before and marketing a memoir is next to impossible unless you're famous. I'm not.
