Can anyone tell me the age-appropriateness for this title? I had a student request it for a high school library, and while it is obviously a very powerful read, I am wondering if it may be too mature and/or beyond the scope of our target patronage.

I think it's important to allow them to experience a real person's perspective on these topics, in a healthy and tasteful manner.(less)
