Hello and thank you for this great question. With four children, I get distracted easily so writer's block is sometimes inevitable. When I can't seem to find the words, I take those moments by reading. I know so many great authors and love to fall into their worlds when my own just aren't cooperating.
Reading has always helped me decompress, even as a child, so that is my go to writer's block cure.
