This book was a bit cliche but had a good premise. Your editor missed that some complete sections were missing, e.g. around the surfing lesson section there was a part about an almost kiss and then the surfing lesson was over - hour later! Words were missing from sentences too! The outline of the story was good but perhaps you could have gone with the witch angle. ???
