Shannon Messenger Sadly, you're right. I can't tell you anything about the next book. But I will say that I try hard not to have scenes that feel like "repeats." Each book needs to feel new and fresh, so if there are Cognate scenes, they'd have a different feel from the ones you already read. And of course they'd have to be necessary to the plot.

Do you know how many words you have in your KoTLC books? They are so long, but since it's formatted for middle schoolers with a larger font size and spacings I was curious how long they really are in comparison to other books. I'm so excited for Neverseen and Book #5 I can hardly stand it!
