Why is this book so expensive??? I've looked this book up on amazon, indigo, barnes and noble and eBay and all I can find is hardcover all around $60-$100?? It's much cheaper as an ebook but I don't like ebooks so I'm just wondering if someone can offer some insight?

RashdanML Out of print, and also may have something to do with it being the author's final book before passing away. Used books are typically cheaper than brand new (even when the book is out of print), but this was the exception.
