Do you have any books written where the woman has to heal from past trauma of some sort? Currently getting counseling for a recent assault-dealing with guilt and what ifs and am trying to find books with a HEA to help get through this stage - i figured who better than your kick ass heroines and the awesome hero standing by them?

Well, first, I'll say that I'm very sorry to hear about what you've recently experienced. Sending a virtual Rock Chick hug to you. And an extra squeeze that you're taking care of yourself, getting counseling, and finding different avenues to fight through what's happening. I'm wishing you strength in that, sister.
As for heroines who got through a trauma in my books, yes. There's Tess in WILD MAN (rape), Roxie in ROCK CHICK REDEMPTION (assault), Sadie in ROCK CHICK REGRET (also rape), Emme in KALEIDOSCOPE (kidnapping as a youngster), Rocky in GOLDEN TRAIL (being present at her mother's murder), Lanie in FIRE INSIDE (being present at her fiance's murder), Kia in HEAVEN AND HELL (domestic abuse), Maddie in BROKEN DOVE (domestic abuse), Elle in FAIRYTALE COME ALIVE (mother's suicide), Belle in LUCKY STARS (happens upon a tragic bus accident).
So, one could say there's a lot. I hope you can lose yourself in them...and they help you find some way to get to the other side.
But your openness about this tells me you'll find that path no matter what. Power to you, girl. xx

My Chaos' shirt is arrived (I've got Rush's. Can't wait for his book) and I love it so much! It's (like you say) "the shit"! I loved "Ride Steady"! Joker may be one of my favorite male characters ever! :D Will you write a book for every biker who's got a Chaos' shirt (like Snapper or Brick)? Have a nice day! Kisses from Italy ;)

Hello Kristen. I'm sure you've answered this question in the hundreds below, but if I can add the weight of my thoughts and wishes to the cause, then I must. Just finished rereading Lucky Stars (for the 4th/5th time) and was reminded of the Lachlan teaser...such and interesting and promising cliffhanger you've left us with...hint hint-wink wink. Can we expect a Lachlan story in the next couple years?
