(view spoiler)[I just read The Magpies in November and I read how what happens to Lucy is explained in Because She Loves Me. Problem is I read THAT book in January. Seeing that the only thing I retain well is water I totally do not remember what happened to Lucy. I know I could just re-read the book, but having just discovered you, I have too many unread books of yours in my tbr list. Can you help this poor reader out? (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[Hi Julie - OK, SPOILERS ahead for anyone else who reads this. In BSLM there are three references to Lucy in news reports that the main character reads or sees on TV. She is in prison for the serial murder of residents at the care home where she worked. In the final reference in the book, it states that she is appealing against her conviction due to a DNA mix-up.
There is a further reference in Follow You Home where we find out the result of that appeal, and there will be another in my next book! Hope that helps. (hide spoiler)]

Hi Mr. Edwards!
I just finished Follow You Home, and I really, really loved it! I am curious however, in the epilogue.. what did Laura realize she had done with Jake's phone? Maybe, I missed this.. but I am very interested in finding out what she did with it.
Thanks!

I loved Follow You Home and read your biography and understood why I did! Rosemary's Baby is my favorite novel and Stephen King, Ian McEwan, and Ira Levin are among my favorite authors. I loved that those were your influences and you match those stories with your plot twists and the way in which you introduced information in your novel. What are you writing about next?
