Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Alison Aimes Would you believe the premise came to me as part of a dream? I wish all my dreams were that...inspirational. :) I suspect a healthy dose of prison break, firefly, and a million great sci-fi and romance novels also shaped my thinking.
