I don't have writer's block when it comes to ideas. I have more ideas than I will ever be able to write.
When I am blocked on writing the story, I often find my outline is poor. I go over it again and again, improving it until I love it again and I am itching to keep writing the first draft. When I get to that point, I also write much faster.
