Thanks for your kind words! I'm mostly process-free. Most often now I type on my laptop computer in bed. If I get into a space that seems difficult, I'll switch to a legal pad and a black felt-tip pen...that seems to overcome any obstacles.
Frst draft just goes on in any direction and at any length, but I'm convinced that my skill is not writing, but re-writing first drafts. Which means cutting. What a miracle -- deleting words turns plain text into major astonishments.

Hello, is it ok to take a screenshot of your answer for the readers of my blog to see? I started few days ago my author platform and Im trying to explain to new writers like me that If they show trust on universe and they "channel" their book they won't get authorsblock anymore. Ppl dont believe they can channel their book, I believe everyone can do it. I think your answer will help ppl believe they can do it too!
