I am working on two tittles right now. The first is MOIST MEATS. This book will be the big center of attention for my grilling series with information and techniques for both gas grills and charcoal grills. I have also included a personal touch with MY OWN RECIPE for each category.
The second book I am working on now is the the next book for the Grilled Meats Series. This will be a pork edition with the same format as the Beef Edition.
