This is a thousand pages and weighs as much as a four layer carrot cake (platter included) and yet is not available as an ebook. It requires a table to lay the thing out to read?

I tore my copy into 3 sections and carried only the one I was reading at the time.

Is is, however, available as an audio book. Amazon-owned Audible now has it.

There is a scanned version making the rounds you can google.

I found a very sketchy e-book version for travel that was obviously un-edited automated OCR (optical character recognition). It is readable, but you will always be wondering what you're missing in the gaps of text filled by confusing symbols. It was useful for quick trips when I would have a chance to reference the tome a few hours later, but I gave up on using it for longer trips.

I started as a book to read at table--as opposed to in hand. But it is so very New Yorky. I feel as if I need footnotes.
