I don't believe in writer's block. If for some reason I can't come up with the next part of my story I just write something else, before or after, and fill in the gaps later. If I can't think of ANYTHING to write, I go play a game or watch a movie for inspiration. I almost always have a "That's cool, but what if..." moment that gives me something to work on.
