Actually, I write to get inspired! I need to be at my computer, staring at a blank word processing screen to get the creative juices flowing. The only other times I feel inspired are when I'm driving or listening to music. But when I'm driving AND listening to music--well that's when my ideas really start to flow! And my kids hate it because they have to say "Mom" about fifty times before I hear them.
